This is a horrible company with no integrity. They ripped me off for $250 and continue to bill me even though they are fully aware that they do not monitor my alarm. When I tried to call to straighten it out, they hung up on me, put me on hold and never came back to my call several times, and then they told me the whole thing was straightened out and that they would let me out of the contract... Displeased is an understatement. Had a "new and improved" CSG unit installed. Not even 3 months with new system and it suffered a battery failure!? House was unarmed 4 days before CSG would send a tech to fix!! And we have a "warranty"!! Stay away from this security company! Read more

We have been with them for almost 8 yrs. The middle of Sept. 2014 I called to cancel my service, I emailed them as requested by them to cancel in writing. I still am receiving bills. I was told my contract rolled over each year. My original signed contract was for a 3 year period and we are way past that now. I told them we are moving. They don't care. Since Day One in April 2013 my system has not worked properly, they sent a Tech. report ticket and the guy called 2 weeks later. Said system was okay, but continue to have same problem, signal goes through cell towers. No test back received and when alarm is triggered, no response from CSG. Problem is intermittent and they don't have qualified Techs. to service equipment or even answer calls.... Read more

CENTRAL SECURITY GROUP has ONE phone number. We cannot reach them AT ALL. My alarm is currently going off and the cops are showing up at MY PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!! We cannot reach them and have no PRIOR information on them at ALL. I am extremely FRUSTRATED, DISPLEASED, ANGRY, LIVID. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. ON THE OTHER HAND, I am now not as angry. I will just say these people are Idiots ALL OF THEM!! I feel like I have to try to help other people avoid these ***, non caring, rip off artists. I don't want to wright a novel about this, so I will tell you I had 4 alarm systems with these people before I realized the kind of mistake I had made.
