I will just say these people are Idiots ALL OF THEM!! I feel like I have to try to help other people avoid these ***, non caring, rip off artists. I don't want to wright a novel about this, so I will tell you I had 4 alarm systems with these people before I realized the kind of mistake I had made. This company is horrible. I signed up with Smith Monitoring and they subcontracted out to this company. I was a good customer and in good standing for years and when I sold my company and provided them with proof that I was no longer the owner of the property they told me that if the new buyer was not willing to take over the account that I would be charged the remainder of the contract. Original contract was 2 years, at 2 years and 2 months I terminated my service but the fine print in the contract only allow you to cancel service at your anniversary date (with 30 days notice) or it automatically reviews for another year. Now they are billing me for monthly service even though the contract is cancelled. I actually have service with another provider so they are not providing any... Read more

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD SERVICE! Do NOT sign a contract with this company. The alarm systems malfunction more than they work, the customer service is terrible and all they care about is getting another payment from you. I have been paying Central Security Group since for quite sometime but they are saying my contract started in 2011 and that my contract is for three years and not two years. They have not even done a monitor since April of 2012 and they still want payment. what a slimy company. I have been customer for 4+ years. we are moving so called to cancel and he said sorry you still owe us 8 months. I said impossible I have been customer for 4-5 years. said yes but when you signed up in 2009 it said in contract automatically renews for full year. this a poor excuse for a company and a repulsive wat to get money out of customers. My phone screen showed "Armed Away" when I left the driveway. When I returned, I found the kitchen window smashed out and more than $20K of my possessions gone.
